The room was very clean and well kept. the bath tub was beautiful. the room had a nice view, everything about it was perfect. the proximity to town with the shuttle bus was great. It was away from the hustle and bustle.
the rooms were noisy and loud. i had to move rooms on the first day because the rooster was too loud. the floors in my room were dirty. i would not recommend this place for light sleepers.

excellent teamwestern optionfree shuttle
The team was excellent, especially celine from reception. She adjusted our plans over the phone with our vietnamese speaking private transfer. breakfast included both vietnamese and western options. the shuttle to old town was free and frequent. It even went to the beach.
the location is a little out of town!

This hotel has a complimentary shuttle to town. The location is near a local market. I found staff to be very friendly. I also liked the spacious gym equipped with a treadmill and yoga mats.
The room experienced noise. This impacted our ability to rest fully.

The personnel was always willing to help with everything. I saw staff providing directions. I also observed them arranging transportation for guests needing it.

the breakfast overlooking the gardens and river was fabulous!!! it had lots of choices from across the world. i found the comfy beds and great bathroom, complete with a full bath and separate walk-in shower, really stood out.
i thought there weren't enough bike rentals for all the guests.

The gym had basic equipment. I saw a treadmill and dumbbells. Two yoga mats were also available. The staff members were friendly. Breakfast tasted delicious.
The room was NOISY. I could clearly hear street noise. There were not enough bike rentals. Guests had to come early to secure one.
